My testimony is a little different I was packed & ready to lease a home, but the owners decided to sale instead of lease. I was furious & telling my friend about this when she told me about Rich & gave me his contact info. Rich, gave me hope & the confidence that I didn't have to become a downer by getting me an approval in 2 days I couldn't believe it! My entire process took 30 days & the majority of the time was me finding the right home. Rich, was very informative, sincere, & encouraging!
